They do that kind of stuff all the time in the British Parliament, where you would think they would act all Civilised. Ironic somehow.

They boo and heckle and disparage and all that, but if you call someone a liar in Parliament you'll be up before the speaker and suspended forthwith. Such impugns the honour of 'the Honourable Member'.
Liar is a forbidden word in Parliament requireing immediate retraction and apology; and lying to the 'house' has been the downfall of many a politician. I know it seems odd given the bearpit nature of the debating therein, but there you go.
