This is the question of the day I cannot answer.
The early Beatles were so goody-goody, and the Stones so 'the thing'. And Keef is a god and an example to us all (what sort of example I'm none to sure but nevertheless....when it comes to a vote on the coolest man alive on the planet it's a toss up between him and Nelson Mandela).

And there's all those brilliant singles culminating with the album 'Exile'.

But 'Rubber Soul' 'Revolver' Sergeant Pepper' 'The White Album' and 'Abbey Road'....that's a fuck of a big argument for the Beatles.

Aaargh!
The zen master he say to me: 'There is no answer, grasshopper....'

Yeah....true.
However, you knew what I meant.

Steve K in TPA Studios, without a moments hesitation, and with a perfect deadpan: 'Stones'.

I'm looking through my complete Beatles Scores at the moment.....
That is the most difficult of your questions so far.

Do they different between the original, which I have, which is totally white and the later one where "The Beatles" was printed on the cover?

And by the way, http://www.allmusic.com which is the source we use for the library, calls it "The Beatles" [White Album]

Oh, you want it to be correct? Snicker.

I agree it's officially "The Beatles" but I thought it was interesting that "The White Album" has made it into the vernacular. IIRC, didn't people start calling it that as soon as the album was issued?
