Provided that Thin Crust doesn't represent that cracker thin crispy crust. Thin crust should be soft and foldable.

I can live with either (I didn't grow up on the east coast) as long as it doesn't fall apart. Although my BIG peeve is "How the hell can people cut pizza into SQUARES?"

Yes! It's called a pizza pie. You wouldn't cut an Apple Pie into squares would you?

suppose that what my comments say is that I love pizza ... however it may be

Unless, apparently, it is cut in the proper manner.

That's the thing, there's all kinds of thin crust. i prefer St. Louis style (which is the cracker thin crispy crust), but a good New York style is a very close second.

i don't understand people who waste a good pizza with dough. It's a vessel for toppings. If you want bread, eat a loaf of bread and skip the middleman.

Yup - the more toppings, the better!
(I even eat anchovies)

I will eat anything on a pizza that never lived underwater or made anybody cry.

I like thin crust, but I agree that cracker crispy stuff is just wrong. I do prefer deep dish to thin crust, though.

My all time favorite pizza comes from a small local chain in southwest Connecticut called Captain's. It's Greek pizza, medium thickness, and incredibly greasy. It friggin' rules.

Yes... basically anything in the NY style of pizza wins hands down as far as I'm concerned.

Eric... perhaps this needs to be tackled along the same lines of Kirk/Picard/Sisko...

Chicago vs NY vs St. Louis
