I got one yesterday with a 2007 copyright notice. From the IRS, saying some tax payment was rejected because an ID number was wrong. Except for the fact that I don't pay those type of taxes, I've never had a payment rejected by the IRS for ANY reason (I'm pretty sure there's an IRS regulation that prohibits them from failing to take money), and the whole "2007" thing, I was completely convinced.
