Ouch

Sunday some of the WSPA and I went to the State Fair. Monday we went to the local amusement park. Yesterday I was a little sore. Today ... well ... I want to state for the record that fat old men and water slides do not go together well. And I'd do it again ... just not for a few days.

How was your weekend?

An Update: I think I blame the roller coaster. Those last two dips really did me in.
