I danced tonight. Through Fishbone AND the English Beat. Badly, I'm a fat 51 year old white guy ... but I danced. I'm going to be in SERIOUS PAIN tomorrow ... but man was it worth it.
It wasn't so much the quality of dancing (which was meager at best) but that I did it. Last year was horrible for me physically. I am determined to change this. So I've been working very hard on changing things. This weekend showed that it is working. I'll post more about that in a moment.
