If I understand what they're trying to say (and it's far too early in the day to be drinking, so chances are good), then their beer is stronger than many flavored vodkas. Yikes! A goodly part of the reason to drink beer in the first place is for the liquid: Sometimes, I'm just thirsty and the buzz is a minor plus.
Fortunately, my nuclear penguins are all strategic.
