You don't see that everyday

I was driving home last night. I came up on a car doing about 50, I was right at the speed limit which was 65. I passed him. He was driving a mid 80s 4 door sedan that looked in reasonable shape. He was probably in his 60s or so. All pretty normal for Iowa roads.

He did, however, have a chicken in his lap. Now that is something you don't see everyday.

In the song, at some point, the chicken needs to steer the car because the driver has fallen asleep.

Call the song "Chicken At the Wheel"

I don't know what tune, but Arlo Guthrie's Running Down the Road would fit the title.
