Impossible to pick just one. I interact far more often with cheese, on a day-to-day basis (though I have encountered the odd backyard possum). I'm extremely fond of cheese, especially a nice crumbly old cheddar. But kangaroos! Bandicoots! (is that not the greatest animal name ever?) And I think the first mammals ever were marsupials, and that's pretty damn cool.
