My mom liked the name "Barbara" and wanted it as a confirmation name. So she scoured the entire history of the Catholic church until she found a record of a Saint Barbara (or so the story goes -- given that there's a largish California city named after her, she can't be THAT obscure).
Point being, if you dig deep enough, you're bound to find a saint with whatever name you fancy. Perhaps not "pita" or "shawarma" precisely, but surely something close enough.
(And yes, I do get the joke. Take the *groan* and the *smacks you* as given.)
There is an intersection with two Catholic cemeteries, Queen of Heaven and Mount Carmel, on adjacent corners. They need to put an ice cream shop named Queen of Caramel on the fourth corner. (The third corner has a florist, which isn't funny.)
