But I'm pretty damned short of cash at the moment, and also my current employer is really not very good at keeping track of/paying back out on flextime.
I'm a consultant / contract worker, so I don't exactly get either. I sort of get flextime in that I can more or less come and go as I please ... which of course it a blessing as well as a curse since I don't get paid for not being at work.
Hee. Yeah. When I was single or married & childless and working full time, overtime was what I wanted. Now flextime is incredibly important on a lot of levels.
Hey, at this point I'd take either ($employer of husband has decided they won't pay salaried employees anything over their salary, regardless of how many hours they work, then asked all employees to work 10% more hours ::sigh:: Oh, and flex time would be good, but they don't offer that, either)
