Did it seem to anyone else that the scenes with just Norton and Tyler were shot for a completely different movie? And that they were first takes of improvised scenes?
And ... Liv is gorgeous and all, and even more now IMNSHO, but MAN she is a terrible actress.
What I heard was that the cut that the studio went with was hotly contested by both the director AND Norton. The scenes you're likely refering to were indeed references to scenes the studio opted to cut out making a movie that neither person wanted to endorse.
And I'd have to agree with you on your second point as well. She doesn't make "The List" but if I expanded it, Im sure I could wedge her in!
