ya know there's more than a few pieces she's done that i've preferred to hear on tube-powered equipment out of fear that her intensity would melt ordinary transistors and strain MOSFETs.
Her first record is still one of my favorites. I saw her on that tour (which this song is from as well) and she was ... well ... she was playing with a full band, and I felt that she didnt need a microphone, not really.
