WSPA-1 aka nainian got his drivers license today.

The beard has been grey for awhile now, expect the rest of the hair on my head to change soon.

Oh, lighten up. I don't have any of my own kids, and so I hijack the right to get all cheek-pinching nostalgic about the chubby-cheeked baby I used to watch at the apartment on Beacon.

I have a photo frame full of baby pictures, and one of them is one of him holding up a corner of a blanket and looking down at Chessie with one of those "that's kind of an odd bug" frowns that babies are so good at.

It'd be easier to swallow the notion of that person being 16 if I saw him more often than I see his baby picture. But do you ever bring your kids to Florida? NOOOOOOO......

That picture is ancient and venerable, and AFAIK I don't have the negative (although Erik might). I'd have to take it out of the frame and scan it, I suppose. Sounds like a hassle - it'll have to wait until you're here. :)
