So, Eric, overall, does your first category beat out the second 3-1 most of the time? (The few I've voted in have been that way.)

My sister, Siobhan, noted when running for Circuit Court Judge in Cook County (the Chicago area) that the person listed first on the ballot got a statistically higher number of votes. I'd be interested to see if your results changed if you chose to put your favorite on the bottom instead...

Though the person last on the ballot had statistically better numbers of votes than someone in the middle...other things mattered too--the person whose name was longest also got a statistical boost in votes. And no, I don't know how they can analyze the same historical data and come up with both statistics on placement and statistics on stuff like "length of name".

I'm a chocolate slut. Dark is better, but milk is good too. Carmel, nuts, fruit, whatever.

Embrace the power of "and".

I eat dark chocolate cause I can / have to (lowest carbs), but I llllLLLLLLLUUUUUVVVVVVV milk chocolate. But at least I can have chocolate, period. (Lindt Excellence 85%, lowest carbs I've found so far, and it's really good) - we have a couple of Lindt 99% bars, but I'm not that brave...probably for cooking anyways.

For the record, my preferred answer is actually "Yes, please!!"

Dark of course. Who needs it adulterated?

I was just informed that dark chocolate is a potent cough supressant. A big deal in my house just now.

The answer really depends on the day, but "yes please" is almost always on the list. :)
