Niether! The Artie Johnson voiced cartoon that aired with "The Ant And The Ardvark" on "The Pink Panther".

Artie Johnson voiced the shark who was always trying to catch the Halibut. Arnold Stang played his catfish sidekick.

Richard Kiel played the only Bond henchman to return in antother film. If Roger Moore is your Bond, you love this guy. England made an action figure of him with a magnet in his mouth!
