I saw one in good working condition for $425 recently. Sigh.
The same store had a Yamaha C-1 electric piano, too... the baby grand kind used by Howard Shore, Peter Gabriel, and Roger Miller. I was SO drooling over that, but $1200 was way too rich for my blood (not to mention no place to put it).
Oh, and the cheeseball organ on "Hannibal Lecter"? It was a freeware VST synth. Not as cool as a real Farfisa, but definitely cheaper, and it did the job well enough for me.
