And I've got a Fred Frith LP about somewhere that this reminded me of somewhat. (It's the one where he puts crocodile clips on the strings on various places on the fretboard - a bit like the 'prepared piano' thing of John Cage, and like prepared piano, comes across as a semi-tuned percussion instrument.)
In the week that Karlheinz Stockhausen died there is still something to be said for good old fashioned tunes.

If you go to You Tube, this guy has done bunches of these, but I really think that a lot of why this particular one was funny (the one or two others that I watched weren't all that funny) is Ozzie ...

I want to correct one thing though, I just watched part of the original clip, with the original solo ... it just may be funnier
