I left home about 8 this morning, got to Tillie's about 45 minutes before my set. Andy showed up shortly into the first song. It was a short set.

I think that driving 200+ miles, then getting out and playing a show is not my best idea. I could barely hold onto my pick, dropped it and grabbed my thumb pick and ended Hides with that.

Some of us went to Everest On Grand for lunch, then I drove back. Yeah, I drove back. I've slept too many strange places lately, I wanted to be home. And now I am.

So how was your day and how many miles did YOU drive today. I think I did about 430.

My parents asked me to come over to their place to help out for an hour. Four hours later, I finally left to come home. My brother, who recently moved to Springfield, IL, is going to stay there with his 1.75 year old for 5 days, so I had to help childproof the house.

I only did about 50 miles of driving today, most of the day was spent either at my home or my parents' house.

I don't think I've put 20 miles on the car since I started working downtown (and taking the bus) over a month ago. Yes, the Emerald Starship is 8 1/2 years old and has a bit over 40,000 miles on it.

I thought your concert was good, if disorganized. I wish I'd known that the band before you also had a friend of mine (Jay), but I have their CD. I tried to get your CD, but there were none left. Beth was good, too. Later, I won a clock.

I had a set list in mind, which basically we did, but when Andy wasn't there when I started, that put me somewhere else and I never quite got back. That and a 200+ mile drive. Did I mention that?

They didn't have any of my CDs, I should have left some with them ... oh wel

I drove about 13 miles today. We did Sunday breakfast at a local diner, then went to get Steve shoes and then I went out to the fabric store to purchase material and stuff to make christmas presents for all my stinkin' friends.
I am making them all 50's style aprons cuz most of them just got married. Thought it would be funny, but then I have a sick sense of humor.
