And it was a weekend ... I'm tired. I'm traveling to Mahtowa next weekend, then I am done for about 6 weeks. In that time I intend to get the acoustic record done. We'll see if that happens.

I went to the home of

alymid &

greenmansgrove friday night (and picked up both

alymid and food from Pita Inn on the way there.

It was a nice quiet evening. A bunch of us played music and had a nice time.

Saturday I went to Bristol Faire with

bammba_m. We spent much of the day admiring the scenery, usually in a fairly loud way ... she is a bad influence on me, I am usually so well behaved. I spent a little bit of money while I was there. You'll see the next con I'm at. I was a little silly.

Went to

bectod's birthday party that evening. It was lovely seeing folks I hadn't seen in ages. I pumpkined pretty early. Hot weather and watching cute ren-babes wears me out.

I traveled down to Joleit for Toyboat practice. Ya know, we didn't suck too badly. Some of what we did almost sounded like ... dare I say it ... music. It's coming together nicely.

I drove home, stopped at a friends for a bit and had lovely conversation. Then I went home and collapsed.

My summer tour is about over ... I need about a weeks worth of sleep next week.
