I saw a hitchhiker earlier today. He had a sign that read "Mosuri"

There is a place called Mosuri ... it's in Africa.

In about 1991 or 92, there was a guy in Arizona, went down to as far as public transit would take him, then walked to the expressway entrance.

He was wearing full SCA battle armor, and holding a sign that said simply, "WAR".

Within about 20 minutes, a pickup truck pulled up, rolled windows down, and asked, "You going to Estrella?"

Yep, he'd found a ride!
