Yeah I love Despair.com, one year, probably christmas 2004 I just got everyone Despair Calenders.

I have the large poster for "That which does not kill me, only delays the inevitable" but I haven't hung it up due to crappy tenancy rules.

I love that they have a "make your own" poster generator on their site. I've made a couple, like this one here:

Hehe. I forgot I had a gift cert to this place. I got a 'half empty' mug, a 'contents under pressure' tee, and the 'quality' poster as a desk standy-thing.

The thing about this one such that it's the only Despair poster I've truly enjoyed is that it is NOT cynical. The rampant cynicsm and hopelessness of despair.com has always annoyed me, but this one actually has a message for whoever will listen.

I love that place. Tim and I usually get some calendars for people for christmas every year from there. We ran outta money this year for christmas before we got em though...

My fave is the one that says 'winners never quit and quitters never win...if you never win and never quit then you're an idiot'. Or maybe the procrastination one.

It's been said that you can find out if a place is doomed by the number of motivational posters to be found. Can't remember what the ratio was...
