I got here, with moments to spare. I grabbed my guitar and ran (well, as much as I run) to the mainstage and basically went right on. I need to do things like that more often apparantly ...It was a great show, helped on by the ever so wonderful Marscon audience.
And ...
It featured the first totally successful performance of Pine City Motel Blues ... which I opened with even.
Pine City Motel Blues
Standards
Konami Code - Featuring the ever so lovely Shoebox from Worm Quartet on vocals
Trophy Wife
Low Self Esteem
Bang My Bald Spot
How Can I Miss You?
Nice Guys
Shoebox and I tossed the idea back and forth thursday night, I tossed together a few chords, and it happened ... another addition to my odd collection of cover songs.
The rest of the day is a bit of a blur.
Possible Oscar were great ... Worm Quartet did at least one song I didnt know, and several I had never seen him do live ... Ookla were great as always. I missed much of Luke's set, but it's not like we won't do shows together soon (Demicon's coming soon)
Who am I missing? I know I'm missing someone ... geeze ... I need food
Hi ... I'm here in MN ... time to eat, crash out, and head back to the Dementia Radio room party

Hope to see a post here (when I catch up with my friends list, haven't read it in days!) about you getting home safe. Thanks for the David Gilmour natter. If you want to wish him happy birthday today (Tuesday), go to davidgilmour.musicblog.co.uk and leave a comment in the thingy. He'll see it.
