Well ... the day started with me trying to put my clippy sunglasses on ... when I had left my glasses sitting on my desk.

The rest of the day had to be better. I was worried since everyone I know, including the entire WSPA had been sick this week. I could have made for a really interesting show. I made it, I feel fine, and the show went quite well, if, as I expected this close to Christmas, a little underattended.

Standards
Home Again (yeah, I started with two of the hardest guitar pieces I do)
Trophy Wife
The Woman I Want
Hey Dad !!!
Low Self Esteem
Bang My Bald Spot
J's Wild Appalachian Stomp/WYSIWYG

Then Andy set up ... the things got much better

Only Coffee House In Town
Wilderness Of Smiles
Ghosts
Things You Never Know
In Crosby Park
How Can I Miss You?
Perfect Moments/Hides

Hides was interesting last night, way different than Andy and I have ever done it. Rather than the usual kinda of middle eastern feel, it had a real celtic feel to it. I don't know if either of us really liked or disliked it, but it was certainly a cool version.

Going to [livejournal.com profile] freeimprov's party tonight, if I can find it ...

how was your friday night ???

Got the kiddos in bed in time to watch an episode of Dr. Who with James before turning into a pumpkin. It was nice.

Sorry 'bout your glasses and congratz on being out there doing.

I am sorry I missed you at both events. I was sick for friday. I saw Dr Wwo too. Saturday we went out for breakfast and ended up in Northfield where we did our shopping. Having just been sick, however, I pooped out half way through the concert I made nik pay good money for. Sigh. I want to say this is me getting old but I was like this in highschool.
Are you still in town now? Cause I'l be home all day not working hard at anything.
