Waste Management SURVEY ???

I just got a phone call here at work from the folks who take away our garbage. Once a week they come and empty out the dumpster. Simple ... right ???

So they wanted someone in charge (they obviously don't know this company) to take a FIVE FRIGGIN MINUTE SURVEY !!!

The show up ... they empty it ... what is the survey about ???

Is the dumpster being emptied on schedule?
Is the dumpster being emptied completely?
Is the dumpster in good condition?
Is the dumpster an appropriate size?
Are the pick-up crew courteous? (Do they block access, make excessive noise, etc?)
Do you get the bill on time?
Is the bill easy to understand?
Are office staff courteous and helpful?
Are there additional waste management services you would like?

They've seen the CSI episodes where the crime was solved because the dumpster wasn't emptied in a timely manner, and are checking up on their employees. Along the way, I'm sure they'd like the opportunity to offer more services. :-)
