Amazingly enough, the roboclaw game works for me here at work!!
(normally our filters are so tough, it's amazing they consider us hooked up to the intarweb.)

I haven't looked at is much, but
Exploring the Ancient World Civilizations
should keep you busy for a few thousand years.

McSweeney's
is an awesome place to get lost for a few hours, it includes lists like
Roller Derby Pseudonyms for Literature Majors
and
Unpublished Sequels to Famous Science Fiction Novels

You may enjoy the
B Movie Message Board
for idle reading.
I also read
Fark
,
BoingBoing
,
Slashdot
, and
Digg
for intertainment.
QuickTakes
from the Sun-Times is also on my old work-bored-need-entertainment reading list.

Oh, and
Kingdom of Loathing
- an RPG style game using stick figures and bad puns. And some good puns.

Back when I had a corporate firewall, this flew under the radar (since it's just a little thing started by a guy, not a corporate shmancy thing). That's too bad!

Thanks for the link... but I ran out of Adventures and don't see any way to buy food for more, so I'm out...

I think that you only get 100 adventures a day (it's just a guy hosting it and I think they did that to be fair for bandwith or something).
You can use the meat to combine things. Two beer bottle bottoms and a pair of glasses make beer-goggles, I think.
