I forgot, I have been posting updates elsewhere and forgot to do that here.

Put up a new post with an overview of the weekend.

Been travelling 13 hours today, I'll double check my notes and emails to the family and update more tomorrow.

Easy Fruit Dip

1 brick cream cheese (8oz), softened
1 jar marshmallow fluff (~8oz)

Blend well together. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving. Chill unused portion.

heh - i make this.....good stuff, tho not exactly healthy :) (is that why we serve it with fruit?)
