I normally discourage the use of the word "meme" in this incorrect context and don't reply (and am not going to post it in my lj), but I'll make an exception for the "me me me".

I remember you seeking advice on whether to come to a convention because you weren't sure you could handle the daytime activities AND the late night filking. I told you to come anyway, and if you had to pick one just sleep late and go filking. You came, you sang, you didn't conk out.
