Do we have to vote on this one? I think both candidates are well and truly deserving of a Foreman award, and hopefully in the near future they will qualify for a Darwin award as well.
The stick driver could be legitimately new to driving a stick and was calling a friend for some pointers. Therefore, the motorcyclist is the clear choice.
As a lifelong stick shift driver my heart's especially close to Moron #1, although I have a tremendous amount of affection for Motorcycle Moron as well. Tough call. ;-)
Given that the motorcycle moron didn't make the 10pm news with receipt of his Darwin Award, my thought is...he WAS capable of the multitask, even though it wasn't very wise.
Therefore, he has at least a couple of superior genes somewhere in the base of his spinal column.
As a long-time stick shifter myself, I'll go with the shifting and cel-ing. cuz even tho i want to choke most people driving with phones in their ears (took me very little time to figure out it's hard on visibility and hard on the neck-and-shoulder muscles...quickly got a headset--all this before cell phones got to be obnoxious and annoying to the general public) the bouce just gives it away--hopeless lost cause
