The day so far

I took the smaller mutants to their daytime keeper. Left the larger of the mutants asleep at home.

Got about a third of the way to work (which is about 35 miles) and past the last convenient place to turn around and realized that ...

I left my bag, with all my clothes for the weekend at home.

Drove another 8 miles to the next exit, got the bag, and then got to work MUCH later than I had planned.

So, in honor of that, I am leaving earlier than planned. Working a half day is going to put me much later than I had wanted. So I'm taking a full day off.

I'll be in the Chicago area just in time to hit rush hour traffic. FUNFUNFUN !!!

I got here around 6:30. Babbled at Bamm for too long then went to some odd restaurant to eat ... Something Inn ... can't remember the rest ...

I'm changing my email. My system is being wonky again.

I ended up not having the time. Maybe next time.

I'll be here for Duckon ... and then a house concert in Waukegan probably in August.
