I went to Boheme tonight ... first time it two weeks.

Found that I hadn't signed up for this week, and had for last week when I was gone. There was an open slot though so I got on.

I think I slept through the set.

I have no idea what any of them sounded like ... I guess they were ok.

I ran into an old friend. Her son used to play on a team with my son. She and her husband split up not too long after I last saw them. 3 years maybe. He has not seen his son since.

I don't get it. I just don't.

Oh ... my capo is still in Minneapolis. grumble

I need a new one now.

A weird night ... but I sold 2 CDs ... I don't get it ... I can play brilliantly and no one wants a CD ... I practically sleep through a set and I sell 2 CDs

You know, I'm so glad that my ex and I didn't have kids, but if we did I'm reasonably sure that she wouldn't have done that to me (nor would I do that to her if I had custody of our non-existant kids.) Unless there are circumstances to justify it -- in which case you'd likely already know about them -- I don't understand that sort of thing either.

Re: CD's -- there are many of my musician friends with new(er) CDs that I would love to buy right now, but I just can't spend the cash right now. Hopefully soon, however, so you, Luke, Tony, and several others will be getting PayPal or a check from me in the near future! (Or cash if I wait until a con, then I can actually remember to get the things signed!)
