Much silliness at Boheme

So ... it was a really busy night so I only got a few songs, two of the three requested.

Hey Dad - Someone asked for it, they got it. I love this song but it still dosnt seem to get the response that I think it should. Dunno why yet
Standards - the best version so far, but it still has a long ways to go

After that it got silly. One group started yelling at me to play WYSIWYG. I asked Pete how many songs I had time for. His reply was "two short songs, one if it's WYSIWYG". Which set the boys off and made up my mind to play it. I feel bad for Pete sometimes. He has heard my songs SO many times. He got even with me in a glorious way last night. I headed into the spoken part and he started heckling over the PA. Anticipating my jokes, reminding of lines I forgot and generally being REAL silly. It was great. I ended my set with a "Thanks, I'm Eric and that's Pete on backing vocals".

I needed that much fun last night.

We really need to see you perform sometime. Mebby I'll try to talk Thea into a house concert. Interested?

Could be a good thing. The question is would any of the N Chicago folks come out there. I'd love to do it though.
