You don't have a Minsky's? Apart from the little home-owned Pizza Shack in my college town, Minsky's is my favorite pizza place.
But then, I don't think I have quite the exacting standards you do. And I just came from Oklahoma where their idea of good pizza was Papa John's. *shudder*
