I like the overall sound of all four songs. Voice and guitar are both pleasant and interesting. After only one listening for each, "World Walker" struck me as being especially suited to my taste.

On the tech side, the vocals for "Child Of Stars" seem buried behind the guitar a little until about 1:30 when the guitar is more muted. I get some of the same effect in "Rain", with a word or two disappearing now and then. It's not a big deal, just a mix or mic position thing...or possibly aging ears. :-)

I think a concert in that style will be great.

We need to redo Child Of Stars with a different mike and a better mix. I want a newer computer with firewire so I can get a decent interface so we can mix tracks rather than record live and tweak different takes. It'll happen.

I've managed to get and listen to all 4 tracks. They are all definitely pleasant to listen to, but I have a lot of trouble actually understanding the words. I suspect this has some to do with my computer speakers being crap and my ears not being all they could be, but I would like to have more vocals and less guitar. (I don't mean at all that the guitar sounds bad. I do want to hear it, but I want to hear Lizzie better at the same time.)
