My junior high history teacher quizzed us daily on current events, and we got bonus points for trivia questions. I just happened to be in her class during the 1984 elections. I learned a lot about the 12 candiates running for president, and how even within a political party, people may not agree with each other. Heck of a thing to learn when you're barely even a teenager!
