This is a tough choice, I need to think on it. I liked the Stooges when younger and the Marx Brothers when older, so it is not an even comparison.

I've love the Marx Brothers since I was a wee lad. I watched the stooges from time to time but hard physical slap-stick comedy has never been my thing.

I just love Iggy, Ron and Scott. I can't say that there's a definitive bass player for the group (although I guess Dave Alexander comes closest), so I'd keep the count of core members at three too. Good call, Eric.
