The highlight though, were these two guys playing bluegrass. Not so much the bluegrass as, well, their total and complete unawareness of what sort of place it was. The guy tried so hard to get one of the women there to come up on the stage so he could kiss them on the nose, as part of the schtick of a song. Yeah, that was SO going to happen. Someone finally got up onstage, more to shut him up than anything else. ka_klick and I were trying so hard to not start laughing hysterically ...

I so needed a night like this ...

I have now been informed by cryndalae that power has gone off drastically (weather related) at her place, so she is bringing the WSPA over here ... I wanted to get a little extra sleep tomorrow ... oh well.

Was a lot of fun. Glad I caught at least part of your set!

Guess we won't be staying @ Demicon this year. I followed your advice and called tonight - they've had the block sold out for a while and the whole hotel is sold out that weekend, so, I guess I'm SOL for being there and getting my stuff there the night before so I don't have to get it all there by 11. Sorry, this is turning into what I should post on my own.

Hopefully I can get there more of the Con this time anyway. Looking forward to it.
