Rob Balder (missed)
Carrie Dahlby (don't listen to morons in the bathroom, you were very good)
DJ Particle (missed)
The Gothsicles (missed)
The Great Luke Ski (missed, needed to run out, but I have seen him a couple of times lately)
Possible Oscar (very funny, I want to see them with a complete band though)
Power Salad (one of the highlights of the weekend for me)
Sudden Death (missed)
Carla Ulbrich (brilliant, another high point, she is the sort of performer that I would like to be)
Worm Quartet (great, as always, and a couple of things I have never seen him do before)
Ookla The Mok (solid and funny as always, the new bass player is a monster)
Art Paul Schlosser (wildly silly and wonderful)

I am sorry I missed [livejournal.com profile] eye_ar_smaurt ... email me at ericcoleman at gmail dot com, I'd like to get a copy of your CD

We need to make more friends in order to do the full band thing. If it happens, it will be awesome.

Morons were in the bathroom?

If so, they were morons indeed, because Carrie rocked.

WTF?!

If your skin is that thin, maybe you shouldn't attend a concert of, y'know, comedy music that pokes fun at everyone and everything.

Well, I liked it, and that's the only thing that counts.

Yes, drums makes it complicated. I think next time we'll try it with pre-recorded backing tracks minus the guitar that John would play live. I have to say I enjoyed not having to move a ton of gear to the hotel this year.

Thanks for the vocal compliment. Being the front man is such a new thing for me. It's nice to know people like what I am doing.

On the drive home, I was thinking about this comment... and the fact I was singing along with the song when we played Carrie's CD in the van... I think I know a good response to that gerbil's sniping...

You guys have seen me. I'm not skinny. If Carrie'd be willing, I'd adore singing harmony for her live on it sometime. Sorta 'if a fat chick can sing this and enjoy the song, then you can STFU, you gerbil!' kinda thing.

(Don't mind me, I'm babbling... still haven't slept since my drive home.)

Eric, I told Wolfram I was in love with his bass. Between you, me, Rand, Wolfram, and Sarah, we coulda had a panel discussion on Pink Floyd and David Gilmour (happy birthday, David!)
