Only two of my guitars have names... the classical acoustic a friend gave me was already named Marilee. The Ovation-style acoustic... agh, I forget the brand, but Eric's seen him, I think... his name's Kieran. My red Fender strat hasn't deigned to tell me what his name is, but it'd probably be Pink Floyd related, since I got it because it was the same base style of strat Gilmour often plays.
