It's an el cheapo electric, aka 'buy something cheap to learn on that you don't really care about'. The problem is that on the strings, when you play the two low strings on the 2nd-4th frets, the string is so low that it vibrates against the 3rd-5th frets and thus doesn't really play properly. V. annoying. Also a bit of a challenge to play around them.
