MKE PEOPLE. I NEED YOUR HELP. I kind of want to drink myself into a living death right now.

So while I was at Dragon*Con, the entire shipment of Gothsicles CDs was delivered, but left sitting out in the unlocked, street level atrium of my apartment. Four out of the five boxes, i.e., 380 CDs were very obviously stolen. My landlord said he saw five boxes at one point over the weekend and I found packaging contents from the shipment strewn about outside. I'm still trying to figure out if the plant fucked up by not requiring a signature on delivery, or if UPS fucked up by leaving them when a signature was expressly required. According to the plant rep, and I quote, "there is no reason why the plant would have shipped the product without requiring a signature for delivery". Figuring this out is headache number one.

Here is the kicker that is making me bleed out my goddamn eyes right now. My brother just IMed me to say that a friend of his was walking around riverwest/downtown Milwaukee and some guy just came up to him and HANDED HIM A COPY OF THE GOTHSICLES CD.

MILWAUKEE TYPES: PLEASE. IF YOU ARE HANDED A COPY OF THIS CD, GET SOME PLATES, maybe a cell phone pic if you're feeling bold. Arg. ARRRRG.
