Short ... but ... short

I got cut short, but for good reason.

The open mike was running late, and the two guys before me and the guy after me were all new ... and very very good.

I am amazed at the quality of the performers at Boheme. It is so rare that someone just out and out sucks at the open mike (and it's usually me)

That said, I rushed through everything, but it was fun. I feel good for the first time in a few days, so that explains the rush.

Minimal patter, which is another reason Pete cut me short I think. I am still a little out of it. A good end to the weekend.

My friend Tera is playing next week, I can't wait.

Oh, and I will be doing a show in Ames middle of January sometime at the tattoo parlor, most info when I get it.
