So I go to play last night ... outta it ... tired ... generally in a bad mood ... I get there a little later than I usually do ... the person before me didn't show ... so I went up before I was really ready ...

and I tore the roof off the place ... course it helped that the audience was on my side through the whole thing

I Want To Kill Everybody - (Ed Haynes) ... most of the folks reading this would know him as part of the band that did the Lakeshore Drive song ... I got into him when I saw a video for this song ... I dedicated it to our president ... it's a VERY acerbic song about our foreign policy in the 80s (at least that is my read on it ... I'll have to ask the composer someday) ... a great starter
