You might want to talk to Dave Ifversen. He's building some excellent vocal mics from kits for good prices. I did an A/B test of one against the tube mic they used for the vocals on Pitch Perfect 3 and both sounded great.
Of course, this was my vocal, not Lizzie's, so mileage might vary.
