Prepare Liver and Onions in vast quantities for your college dormitory cafeteria using your recipe of choice.
Serve on Monday.
Serve leftover Liver and Onions on Tuesday.
Serve leftover Liver and Onions on Wednesday.
On Thursday, dice Liver into nigh-unrecognizable (but not
quite
unrecognizable) chunks. Use as the meat in your favorite chili recipe.
Serve to students who like chili without telling them what the meat is.
Watch their revulsion as they go, "This tastes weird," fish out a chunk of meat and go, "Ewwwwwwwwwww!"
