Prepare Liver and Onions in vast quantities for your college dormitory cafeteria using your recipe of choice.

Serve on Monday.

Serve leftover Liver and Onions on Tuesday.

Serve leftover Liver and Onions on Wednesday.

On Thursday, dice Liver into nigh-unrecognizable (but not quite unrecognizable) chunks. Use as the meat in your favorite chili recipe.

Serve to students who like chili without telling them what the meat is.

Watch their revulsion as they go, "This tastes weird," fish out a chunk of meat and go, "Ewwwwwwwwwww!"

Oh, and I posted it before I noticed the amendment to your message, so Eric is SOL. :)

Sounds similar to the story of Curry when I was in England...

Wait two months and then serve curry, first thing they served with flavor.

Begin to serve more often. By end of semester serve curry for dinner four nights a week, for lunch three days a week, and at least once a week have curried eggs for breakfast.
