Ooo. Tough one. I had to base this on a scale of "If all these bands were playing on the same night (and all their members were still alive,) which would I go see?"

1. Ramones
2. Common Rider
3. Descendents / All
4. The Freeze
5. Screeching Weasel

Honorable mentions: NOFX, Dead Kennedys, Intro5pect, Dropkick Murphys, The Meatmen (I know, I know,) The Queers, and Rancid. And Ignite if you're including hardcore.

I guess I'm too old . . . I don't "get" punk. The Ramones are OK, and the Clash had their moments, but beyond that, nah. Not my cup of tea.

1. Ramones
2. The Rezillos
3. Black Flag
4. The Descendents
5. The Crucifucks

I would have considered early Blondie and early Sebadoh but a lot of people dont think of them as "punk" i guess.

Are you stating the name of the album or do you really hate them?

50's sci-fi pulp pop punk.

They were my motivation when the Nick Atoms first started out.
