A reminder and another inquiry

I am at Tillie's Bean this friday, the 22nd, at 7:30 pm. Come on out and see me. This will be a solo show, since Andy's band is playing elsewhere in town that night.

Also, the plan is that I will be in Chicago sometime in the afternoon of the 23rd. Anyone want to do anything that evening?

Dinner somewhere would be fine - dutch, of course. I will eat almost anything that doesn't eat me first, so pick a place you want to try.

I will possibly make it rather late. Klee just informed me tonight that the Djinn Hardcore bellydance show is friday night. There's gonna be a WHOLE BUNCH of girls who are all cuter than you, doing things they can't do onstage at a respectable bellydance show. So, uh, yeah.

As for cute... well, Klee's dancing (to "Labia Limbo" by the Wet Spots, who have been on Dr Demento and would be coming to Marscon if there were any justice). As for any of them single... oh, probably.

We're HUGE Wet Spots fans. Saw them live on a fluke a few months ago, bought their cds, and were blown away. Besides being incredibly funny and perverse, they're just brilliant musicians. That counts for a lot in my world.
