I certainly was. I used it as the general format for the letter. My version wasn't quite as ... well ... forceful, but neither am I. It was a great help. Thank you

Hmm, i considered that version to be "professionally forward" - polite, but obviously wanting to initiate a business relationship.

FORCEFUL would have been "hire me to play in your place, you'll make huge money, get oodles of customers, and i'll burn it down if you don't".

Anyway, glad i could help.

One must follow one's nature, and our respective nature's are ... well ... profoundly different.

It did get me to write it in a way that I wouldn't have before. More direct and more to the point.
