Great! The voice is Working Class British (if I had to pick a title). Michael Palin in the Argument Clinic, but more annunciated and with more emphasis on cheese.

Still, it's no guarantee yet that I will be there. If Julie gets the job that she is interviewing for this week, then yeah, if not, then the money I would spend for the weekend needs to go to silly stuff like food.

He was trying to give me a familiar style rather than the actual voice talent ... who I haven't heard (I have seen him in a few things, but it's been 30 years)

It's a pretty simple midlands accent ...

Looking at his resume I think the last thing I would have seen him in is Taste the Blood of Dracula ... so 36 years.
